- RYT 500
- Yoga Sculpt

- Teaching since 2020

### São Paulo

Where she is from. The city that taught her to move fast.

### Nashville, eleven years

Where she found the practice, and where she certified: RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, then Hot Power Fusion and Yoga Sculpt at CorePower Yoga.

### Itacaré, since 2020

A deck at Pousada Tikuna, a few minutes above Praia da Concha. Group classes six mornings a week, privates, and faculty work on The Soulful Kind's teacher training at Villa Estrela.

### Still a student

She takes class with her own teacher in Itacaré. What she teaches on the deck, she is still practising.

## Mayra Lay

From São Paulo, eleven years in Nashville, and now a deck in Concha. She teaches strength and flow in the same week because that is how she practises.

She doesn't teach from a pedestal. She still takes class herself, with her own teacher, most weeks. What she hands you on the mat, she is still practising.
