In Concha

Mais Que Nada. The café and bar of the hostel of the same name, on the slope down to the beach. It opens earliest of the lot, at 6:30, and serves breakfast until 11:30. A January 2026 review calls its breakfast the best in Itacaré, and Tripadvisor tags vegetarian and vegan options. It sits on the way from the deck to the sand.

SOUL Cabana e Restaurante de Praia. A beach cabana with tables on the sand at Concha, open 9:00 to 18:00, with reviews as recent as September 2026. It suits the end of Yoga Sculpt at 10:30: a late breakfast or an early lunch looking out at the river, swimsuit already on.

On Rua Pituba

Néctar Comida Afetiva. Right at the start of the street, at number 69. It opens at 9:00, closes on Mondays and has its own breakfast menu. Tripadvisor tags vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and it holds a 2026 Travelers' Choice award. An August 2026 review praises the breakfast and the power sockets for charging a laptop.

Café com Cacau Pituba. At number 34, open daily from 9:00. The menu is built around the region's cacao: the cacao cake with nibs and the coffee with cacao and coconut cream turn up in nearly every review, alongside cheese bread (pão de queijo) and cuscuz. There is no air conditioning, and an August 2026 review warns that the room gets warm in the morning.

Ola Bistro. A small bistro at number 389, Thursday to Monday, 9:00 to 13:30 (and again in the evening). A January 2026 review mentions the homemade bread, yoghurt and fruit at breakfast. The menu is short.

Cuscuzeria Itacaré. At number 390. In the morning it opens only on Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 to noon, which lines up nicely with Saturday's Power Vinyasa. The house dish is northeastern Brazilian cuscuz (steamed corn couscous) with fillings, called cuscuzoca, with juices made to order. Reviews from September 2026 show it going strong.

Before class

If you like to eat something before you practise, Mais Que Nada opens at 6:30, in time for the 8:00 Power Vinyasa. For Yoga Sculpt at 9:30, you can have breakfast on Rua Pituba and walk up afterwards. Water and a towel go in your bag; mats, blocks and hand weights are waiting on the deck.

Booking

Classes take up to 10 people, and Saturday fills. Check the timetable on classes and book before you plan breakfast. For the rest of the neighbourhood, the Praia da Concha guide shows what is within walking distance.
